Guest Services Representative

Pay Rate: $13.50/H - $15/H

​

The Guest Service Representative is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to the attending guests at our Chicago land venues. 

 

Demonstrated Skills:

  • Ability to adhere to scheduling methods and procedures

  • Must be a team player

  • Approachable, outgoing, articulate

  • Self-motivator with a “can do” attitude

  • Punctuality, proactivity, and accountability

 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Delivering outstanding customer service under a variety of circumstances

  • Greeting guests

  • Ability to give directional information in high volume environment

  • Directing guests to entry points in a fast paced environment

  • Ensuring a fun environment for all guests and notify security and supervisory staff of any safety issues

  • Guest service representatives may work one of the following; ticket taker, usher, directional staff, elevator/escalator greeter, premium seat representative. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Must be at least 16 years or older

  • Preferred candidates will have a minimum 1 year experience in guest service, hospitality industries that worked with the general public

  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Must be able to stand for a minimum of (6) hours

This is NOT a security position. All security positions require a PERC card. If you are selected to participate in the company Security Training Program when you are at least 18 years of age your supervisor will contact you and inform you of next steps. 

Please be aware that until you successfully complete the Security Program, you are ineligible to work in any security capacity.
